Privacy policy

When you create an account or place an order, we collect your name, email, phone number and delivery address. If you request a custom piece, you may share a reference image and details about your idea. We do not request or store any online payment information, since payment happens on delivery or is confirmed over WhatsApp.

We also use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the site's pages are used (such as which pages are visited most). This data does not personally identify you.

We use your data to confirm, prepare and deliver your order, to discuss a custom piece you've requested, and to respond to your questions. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your data is stored on Firebase (Google Cloud) infrastructure, protected by strict access rules that only allow the shop owner and authorised team members to view it.

The site uses local storage in your browser to remember your language, cart and favourites, plus cookies from Google Analytics to measure visits. You can clear this data at any time from your browser settings.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@macramebydyala.com or messaging us on WhatsApp. We'll respond to your request within a few days.
