Delivery across all Syrian governorates
We deliver to all fourteen Syrian governorates through trusted courier partners. The delivery fee for your governorate is shown clearly at checkout before you confirm, with no hidden charges.
Every piece is made by hand, so each product page shows its expected preparation time. Once your order is confirmed, we contact you to arrange a delivery time that suits you.
Returns & exchanges
We want you to love your piece
Please inspect your piece on delivery before paying. If it arrives damaged in transit or differs from its description, hand it back to the courier or contact us within three days and we will replace it or refund you in full.
Custom pieces (special sizes or colours) are made just for you, so they can only be returned for a craftsmanship fault. We always review and confirm the design and price with you before production begins.
